Delete your BirdieTraining account
This page explains how to delete your BirdieTraining account and what happens to your data. BirdieTraining is operated by Claes Gripenberg (info@birdietraining.com).
How to request deletion
On iPhone / iPad
- Open the BirdieTraining app and sign in.
- Go to More (or Settings).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
On Android or the website
- Send an email from the address on your account to info@birdietraining.com.
- Use the subject Delete my BirdieTraining account.
- Include the email or username of the account you want deleted.
We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
Data we delete
- Name, email, username and login data
- Profile and account settings
- Training plans, exercises, progress, statistics and goals
- Videos and analyses linked to your account
- Messages, groups and live-scoring data tied to your account
- Location history stored for GPS rounds, if any
Data we may keep
- Invoices and payment records required by tax or accounting law (usually up to 10 years in Germany / the EU)
- Records we must keep to handle disputes, fraud or legal claims
- Anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you
After those legal periods end, we delete or fully anonymise the remaining records.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store, Google Play or Stripe subscription. Cancel that subscription in the store or billing account where you started it.

So beantragen Sie die Löschung
Auf iPhone / iPad
- BirdieTraining-App öffnen und anmelden.
- Zu Mehr (oder Einstellungen) gehen.
- Konto löschen tippen und bestätigen.
Auf Android oder der Website
- Eine E-Mail von der Adresse Ihres Kontos an info@birdietraining.com senden.
- Betreff: BirdieTraining-Konto löschen.
- E-Mail-Adresse oder Benutzername des zu löschenden Kontos angeben.
Wir bestätigen die Anfrage und löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Daten, die wir löschen
- Name, E-Mail, Benutzername und Anmeldedaten
- Profil und Kontoeinstellungen
- Trainingspläne, Übungen, Fortschritt, Statistiken und Ziele
- Videos und Analysen zu Ihrem Konto
- Nachrichten, Gruppen und Live-Scoring-Daten zu Ihrem Konto
- Gespeicherte GPS-Standortdaten, falls vorhanden
Daten, die wir behalten können
- Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelege nach Steuer- und Handelsrecht (in der Regel bis zu 10 Jahre)
- Unterlagen für Streitfälle, Betrugsabwehr oder gesetzliche Ansprüche
- Anonymisierte Analysedaten, die Sie nicht mehr identifizieren
Nach Ablauf dieser Fristen löschen oder anonymisieren wir die restlichen Daten vollständig.
Abonnements
Das Löschen des Kontos beendet ein App-Store-, Google-Play- oder Stripe-Abo nicht automatisch. Kündigen Sie das Abo dort, wo Sie es abgeschlossen haben.
